Canopy for outdoor swing

 

When the canvas canopies that fit the deminsions were given delivery quotes of a couple months, sewing was the option. Far from perfect, but beats the immediate ready options. Lots of trim needs due to raveling edges...uga.

  

Practice makes progress

The art of practicing. First, determining desire. Then finding the right spot. Then trying various techniques. Contemplating the balance of sense and courage as assess skill set and outcome. Triumph in this case.....and after several back and forth maneveurs, with the added layer of speed of execution. I know a smile from those in the family that were not there, not really for the speed, but the thought of honing skills for desired outcome.

A new way of doing it ..for now

Set up separate camera to help show to others...prep still there, plus extra layers to try to make it as real and clear as possible.
