Mishima -- attempt two

Trying again - hopefully with more precision! This was too wet to cut into -- leaving sticky clay specks. Transferred outline via needle tool over my Sharpie lines on photograph. A bridge I have walked over many a time, may it combine to add experience to my second attempt at pulling off Mishima -- without a cracked platter or a blotchy glaze!

Same Monarch, allowing me to capture images over a second or two.

Too blotchy/ uneven -- could say the crack and the blotch are part of the aging details to make this look like step back in time...reading no personal issues with aging..ahhh. 

In real life, not as bright as the photo on the wood chips. 

This was an experiment...learned, and will retry.

Ok, a coyote is not so unusual, but he looks good there running by me on the morning walk.  He was on the path in front of me, but then decided things look better to my right.
