Had some Langos...Hungarian snack...the other day from food truck on Treasure Island (the island, not the hotel!), and tried a version at home. Used Persian flat bread from local market instead of making (and frying) the "authentic" bread...one can't go too wrong (except for health-wise) with bread, cheese, sour cream...not quite counterbalanced in the nutrition arena with fresh dill, garlic, paprika, and garden tomatoes.
