Ice Cream Cone Cake

For the girl who seems to always have a bit of her sights on ice cream, a birthday cake in ice cream cone shape. Top part is ice cream cake under the cream, bottom part is cake...Blum's cake..with the coffee toffee crunchies to provide cone color.  Light wasn't the greatest....the two photos I have limp along in shadow.

Happened upon lion dancers  going through the business in Berkeley...this one lion came up and "kissed" us in the car....hence the close up of the tongue and the inner spirit in sunglasses. Enveloped in lion mouth. Fantastic!

The hills are showing their green. Especially the ones that have cows that graze.

To help (hopefully) a water issue

Only get very very partial credit for this...but I did pick the contractor!!!!!! Shifted surface over the years (bricks) uneven allowing sitting water (even with drains in place) -- problem prior year with the ton of rain (3"-5" a day consecutive days...soaked soaked ground water)..compared to this year where we had barely any rain in Dec and Jan.  But...it is on the way to being complete...and hope that it does the trick in combination with the other efforts in matter.
