Only get very very partial credit for this...but I did pick the contractor!!!!!! Shifted surface over the years (bricks) uneven allowing sitting water (even with drains in place) -- problem prior year with the ton of rain (3"-5" a day consecutive days...soaked soaked ground water)..compared to this year where we had barely any rain in Dec and Jan. But...it is on the way to being complete...and hope that it does the trick in combination with the other efforts in matter.
