Perspective

As I was going through some old family photo film strips using an initial quick technique to do initial sort, (shared with me by a very nice local photographer), I came upon her. Believe she was child of family friends. I am sure her charms came out in ways other than this depicts, but made me smile with a little "ahhh." Interesting to me to think of what a camera catches, and how it sorts the depths, shades, etc. 
 

Creating something with "waste"..which is likely also a waste, but....

 

Took some past lottery papers and sewed them together. A friend has me buying him tickets ..he is overseas for now, and says we will split. (Laughing at the odds of winning). As I assessed the pile, I said "what a waste," on a few levels, other than he seems happy to think about winning, so, that is a win. 

So, I sewed some together, and wrote a bit of a letter to him on the backside. Hopefully that will bring a laugh, another win.

When I stood in front of this pole, it was not only the texture, but all the messages that had gone before.
